Freedom Mail - Check your e-mail Anywhere in the world!
Announcing Aquila Freedom-Mail. Soon it will be possible to check your Aquila
mailbox from a web browser anywhere in the world. Whether you're drinking coffee at a cafe in New York City, browsing books in a library in Germany, or on vacation
at your Uncle Phil's house in Colorado, if you can reach a web browser, you're able to send and receive your e-mail!
When using Freedom-Mail, your mail is still confidential. And don't worry, unless you specifically delete your email with Freedom-Mail
it remains on the server and can be retrieved when you return home.

Nationwide Access for AQUILA Customers Aquila has once again improved its dial-up modem access by expanding access nationwide. Aquila's NEW 800 nationwide service offers direct access to your
account anywhere is the US for one low hourly rate.
Now you can check your e-mail or access the web no matter where you travel in
the United States! And, thanks to our low hourly rate, it will cost you just pennies to "stay-in-touch" with our new Nationwide Access number.
New Access Numbers for AQUILA Aquila has improved its dial-up access by implementing new access phone
numbers for the Chicagoland area. This change builds on our commitment to high quality services by providing easy, fast, and LOCAL connections anywhere in the suburbs as well as the whole Chicagoland area.
Aquila's NEW 56K x2 Modem Service Aquila Internet is proud to announce its coming support of 56K x2() modem
technology. The New U.S. Robotics® 56K x2 modems offer up to 56 Kbps over your existing telephone line... that's double the previous standard of 28.8.
Some Words about the Speed?... One our customers testing Aquila's x2 56K Internet Access said,
"I wanted to let you know that I consistently connect with you at 53.3K which I thought was awesome, then I downloaded a file off the Internet... it took 11 minutes for 2.6Mb File Download!"
A new phone line is not required, unlike ISDN which requires a special Phone line
to be installed, the New Aquila 56K modem service will operate over your regular telephone line. A x2 56K modem is required. If you have a U.S. Robotics
Sportster® with 56K support your ready Now! Some U.S. Robotics modems have an upgrade path to x2 56K Support, so you may need an upgrade to your modem.
